RULES;;

Love them or hate them, just be sure to obey them.

  • All in character posts should be written in THIRD PERSON only.

  • Display name = character's name.No exceptions.

  • The absolute minimum, lengthwise, is three solid paragraphs.

  • Spell check is your friend. Embrace it, use it.

  • The PB you choose should be the same age as your character, or at least look to be the same age. No 30 year old celebrities for a 15 year old, or anything silly like that.

  • R-rated material in your post? Put an R in the title. Some of us don't want to read that kind of thing, okay? If you want to get really graphic, take it to PM.

  • Don't go crazy with font colors, okay? It can get annoying.

  • Bolding the dialog is appreciated.

  • One character per account, please.

  • IMPORTANT: The ONLY vampires and werewolves accepted are the ones listed as cannons. NO original vampires or werewolves will be accepted, sorry. Only human original characters are allowed. Unless you have beforehand permission from the admin. It took time to get all the vampires/werewolves in appropriate subplots, thank you for your cooperation.

  • Werewolves loose their clothes when they transform...therefore, they can't have clothes on when they turn back. Keep it in mind.

  • IMPRINTING is allowed only in very rare circumstances. You must have it cleared with the admins; both characters must have been active for an extended period of time and be well-established within the site.

  • TURNING AND CHANGING is not allowed unless pre-approved by an admin. Unless all the canons are taken, its VERY UNLIKELY that it will be approved. Even if all the canons are taken, both characters must be active and have a well developed plot for the situation before it can be honestly considered.

  • Keep fighting realistic. One werewolf cannot take on a 200 year vampire and expect to win, just as a newly born vampire cannot take on a whole pack of werewolves with any amount of success.

  • Vampires cannot be alcoholics, drug addicts, or cutters. Seriously, its physically impossible for them.

  • Absolutely NO powerplaying/godmodding.

  • Mary Sues/ Marty Stus will NOT be accepted. No melodramatic pasts, involving excessive amounts of rape/abuse/drug use/alcoholism/parents dying tragically etc. Sure, some drama is alright- heck, its even encouraged- but don't go overboard. No one likes it.

  • No doubling face-claims, obviously.

  • When posting in wolf form as a werewolf, DO NOT post with all that bizarre wolf-speak stuff. (auds for ears, orbs for eyes, etc. etc.) Its flowery, ridiculous, and kind of hard for the rest of us to understand. Keep it simple, thanks.

  • Don't fight out of character, and don't take in character fights personally. Its just characters, not a personal attack on you.

  • On CHARACTER DEATH: lets face it, it takes a lot to kill a vampire or a werewolf, so I don't want to see them dropping like flies. If you and another non-human are fighting and you decide you want your character to die, PM an admin and wait for it to be approved. NO ONE may kill another character without that character's express permission, and admin approval. For example, if you have a regular vampire, you may not run off and slaughter a random human character to feed. Save it for NPCs, please.

  • Don't start RPing/claiming PBs until your application has been accepted.

  • If something is wrong with your application, you will be given 3 chances to revise it (unless its really just completely and utterly hopeless, but that's really not all that likely).
